Cat Box Deli - Louisville

Best breakfast in the area hands down. Always fresh, always a great vibe. I come here all the time and I've never had anything that wasn't excellent. Staff is very friendly and they are all having fun working. Food is amazing and it's a real gem in Louisville.

Evs is my breakfast go to, hands down! Used to be my go to for burgers before the pandemic, he still caters lunches though. Its the type of place where you cant make a wrong decision on what to eat because everything tastes great!

Can I rate this guys food 10 stars? If I could, I would. If I didn't know any better, I'd say this guy created the breakfast burrito. Well ok, he may have not created it, but he definitely mastered it.

Ev himself rung me up today (his birthday! and I could tell this is a very special place. The veggie croissant I had today was DELICIOUS, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and kept up the pace of a bangin business. I have found a new favorite today, ill be back for sure to try the breakfast warp. 6 out of 5 stars

Today I experienced a GEM of a deli downtown Louisville! Ev's Deli is located on the main floor of the former PNC Plaza at 500 West Jefferson. Everyday there are breakfast ans lunch specials for a fraction of the cost that you would pay anywhere downtown. Today was Burrito or Nacho special for only $6.50!!! The burrito was was loaded with delicious meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, onion and other condiments are available. Best part of the whole visit.....EV gives free hugs!
