Chili's Grill - Louisville

We sat there for 20 minutes and saw at least five servers walk by, but none of them took our order or even offered us water. It was a frustrating experience.

I wanted to provide an updated review after my recent visit, and I was truly impressed! Despite being busy, the restaurant effectively managed to accommodate my family's special requests, such as serving the sauce on the side and leaving out the cheese. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I just left the restaurant feeling completely full. The food was excellent and fresh! Although they were a bit understaffed, they handled everything quite well. I didn’t have to wait long for a table, and the food was served quickly.

I wish I could remember our server's name—she was incredibly nice and helpful during our first visit here. We traveled from out of state and were looking for a new dining experience. The food was amazing!
