Chili's Grill - Louisville

My bartender, Sheriah, was amazing. Very resilient and personalble. My drink was made perfectly.

It's my second time at this place, and I really liked everything. I congratulate you

Food was fast and fresh, the table was clean and the waitress was attentive and super nice.

The all around service at this location was subpar at best. Our waitress had a sort of attitude about her, didn't smile and generally seemed like she just didn't want to deal with customers that day. Our food: we kept it simple and ordered burgers, mine had brisket in it also but the patty was burnt, literally had a charcoal shell on the outside and my husbands food came out a whole 10 MINUTES AFTER mine, he also ordered a side bowl of chili which he couldn't even eat cause it was too hot. Our drinks: I ordered sweet tea and a cocktail, my tea was NOT sweet, it was bitter and it took forever for them to figure out how to make my cocktail since there was no bartender. Didnt see our waitress once after we ordered, fodd was brought out by food runners. There was a guy at the bar who was drink out of his mind and apparently had no thoughts of leaving since he was charging his phone and made frequent trips outside to smoke. They were basically winging it today. Not my first bad experience with Chili's and not all at the same location but definitelyone of the worst. This franchise has gone down hill

Food was incorrect but they fixed the issue. Wouldn't of brought our food out to the car even when we checked in until we called the restaurant so the check in was pretty pointless.
