Con Huevos - Louisville

I absolutely love a great breakfast, and Louisville has countless restaurants to choose from. Be sure to check out this fantastic spot on Frankfort Ave. I ordered their most popular breakfast dish, and it definitely lived up to the hype—so delicious!

My only complaint is that I couldn't try everything on my first visit. Everything looked absolutely delicious! Watching other customers receive their meals made me crave what they were having. However, the food we ordered certainly did not disappoint; it was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. I really look forward to coming back!

Went here for breakfast on a weekday. Atmosphere was bright, but relaxed and cozy; staff were attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, beautifully presented. Great fusion twists on some classic breakfasts the Tres Leches Pancakes were excellent and not too sweet. The Dulce Leche French Toast was on the sweeter side but was well balanced by the fruit. The coffee (taken black) was perfect hot, fresh, and strong but not too bitter or with wild flavors.

This place is always delicious. We love going here for breakfast. My favorite is the Enchiladas Con Huevo with carnitas and mole sauce. Comes with guacamole and chips. My husband gets the Drunk Burrito and my mom loves the Cafe Con Leche (coffee drink).

Con Huevos is great! I love their chilaquiles, but I have never been disappointed with anything I’ve had there. I go about once a month and think it’s one of Louisville’s best breakfasts.
