Domino's Pizza - Louisville

I placed an online order. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, 1 being a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and black olives, the other being a medium chicken bacon ranch with Alfredo sauce and extra olives. I also ordered stuffed cheesy bread, 2 marinara sauces, the Parmesan knots with marinara deep dip, and lava cakes. After waiting almost an hour for delivery, we were missing a pizza and our stuffed cheesy bread. I told the delivery driver that and she offered to go back to the store, get it, and come back, which never happened. We then called the store and the manager had a major attitude. She finally said she would refund my order but it won’t be on my card for 3-4 business days which is fine. It doesn’t stop there though, the food was not even good. The chicken bacon pizza had ranch instead of Alfredo, the lava cakes didn’t have powdered sugar on them, and the meat on the pizza did not taste good. I seldom order here because they get it wrong or simply no show no call . I ordered with the Indonesian crew they have then asked to be put through to the store to make sure they had drivers and that the order was correct . The order was put in wrong (surprise) but the store said they did have 1 driver they would correct the ordet and in 2+ hours it would come . 2.5 hours later I was blessed with my food and tipped the very friendly driver . Upon opening it I found the order was wrong as usual. After talking to them they said that I had an option of replacement now or one on the books for the next time I called . Two days later I spent 3+ hours on hold and was told it would be delivered in an hour . 1.5 hours later I get a text that the manager said It wasnt going to come .
