Domino's Pizza - Louisville

I wanted to get something to eat here, but after reading the reviews not so sure now, then I tried the menu. really? they can't put a price on something?...naaa I will go over the street to small zeasars because at least they know what they pay before they order.

This store was not a good choice ... I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas and they forgot to cut one pizza and the other one was cut like a regular pizza instead of a square cut for easier eating . I also ordered parmesan bites with the cheese bowl, the bites did not have parmesan on it at all..the cheese bowl was thr only thing right on this order...but you really needed it to cover the taste of my food today... I guess if the eastern Pkwy store had a lobby that was ever open I would have had a better meal

Order my pizza at 8:00 pm and it got delivered at 10:34. The pizza was out of the oven 9:22. I would highly not recommend this place. This Domino's location also want answer phone calls.

Not good is an understatement. I ordered a large pizza and cheesy bread. They were both completely raw and inedible. I tried calling the night, the next day and the day after to discuss a refund. No one ever answered. I finally got an answer the day after that. They said there's one person who handles refunds for 14 Dominos restaurants and that they'll get to it. Its been two months and I still dont have my refund of $40 inedible pizza.

Pizza looked good. Took one bite and tastes like cleaning chemicals not a great experience not sure what the deal is with the oven they used but not very good pizza this time
