Love this place fast service perfect order each time. I went to the drive thru today, and was greeted with huge smile by this polite, well mannered gentleman, he actually ask me how I was doing...So good to see people still care about their job andcustomers. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!

Second time at this location and it was good. The man that served me was polite and made my drink correctly. He also stirred in the mocha all of the way which doesn?t always happen at other DD locations. I have no complaints! It was a good experience,thanks!

I went in hoping to buy six glazed donuts, but they only had four and offered me two cake donuts as a substitute. Unfortunately, the donuts felt stale, as if they were from the day before—not fresh at all. It might have been due to the time I visited, around 4:30 PM, but I really expected better quality. I would have had to dunk them in coffee or milk just to make them palatable. Perhaps that's why the store is called Dunkin’ Donuts. I'm giving 4 stars for the lady at the window, who was very kind, but I give 0 stars for the quality of the donuts.

I've visited this location a few times and it's been satisfactory. I’m not usually very impressed by DD's customer service, so I manage my expectations accordingly. However, this location does its job well. They consistently get my order right, and the coffee is always tasty. A bit of customer service training could benefit this place, but that would be helpful across all locations.

I was quite disappointed during my visit at 8:15 a.m. Both the jelly and apple spice donuts were from the previous day. While the glazed donut might have been fresh, it was left out for too long. This experience is not what I typically expect from Dunkin'. On a positive note, the service was friendly.
