Firehouse Subs - Louisville

Firehouse is the best sub shop around! You can get your sub in a small, medium, or large now and there are plenty of options for add-ons. They also have healthier and vegetarian options. The wait time is usually not bad as long as you don't go when they are super busy. The staff is very polite and always willing to fix any problems with a smile and yet I see rude customers all the time! There is one manager is particular, young girl with brown hair who is very sweet, you can tell she works very hard. Prices are comparable and it's a very clean restaurant, would highly recommend. I'm here all the time!

Fast friendly and yummy food. Pic of cup of chili with cheese. Plenty of sauces to choose from. Place order, give name and be seated for serving. Nice size handicapped single bathroom. Small, medium and large sizes for subs. Upgrade your side of chips for soup, chili, brownie or a side salad. Nice clean bright location.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t know what to order because this was my first visit. The Manager who took my order was very patient. Also, the service at the Middletown location was very fast. The Jamaican medium sub was very fresh and delicious. I will definitely be a repeat Guest/Customer at Firehouse Subs.

I used to go at lunch often. Had not been in a more than a year. Still great sandwiches and service. It was very busy and took about 15 minutes to get my sandwich. I mistakenly picked the small size which was about 5' in length. Was delicious though. Also as a combo that size sandwich, drink, and chips was about $7. Next time I'm going to buy a pickle bucket which is a donation.

Review isn't based on food, it's a chain sandwich shop, if you like Firehouse subs elsewhere, you'll like them here and vice versa. What makes this a great location is the people. Seriously, everyone always seems warm and welcoming, just a pleasant experience. Couldn't ask for anything better.
