Graeter's Ice Cream - Louisville

This place isn't quite a scam, but honestly, you might be better off spending your money somewhere else. We ordered two single-scoop cones, and typically you'd expect the worker to generously fill the cone with ice cream. However, there was so little ice cream that we both ended up having to eat some from the bowls before we could even get to the ice cream. It seems like the owner is cutting costs by serving significantly less ice cream than you would normally get in a bowl. Additionally, they automatically prompt you to tip at checkout, which feels a bit excessive. I can't imagine being asked to tip at an ice rink! Overall, I would recommend taking your money to other local businesses instead.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! We visited after my daughter's doctor's appointment, and the two staff members were incredibly friendly. While I was enjoying our ice cream, I noticed a piece of the spoon had chipped off. I decided to throw the cup away. My mother attempted to order a new one, but they kindly replaced it free of charge!

I visited this place for the first time and tried the cookies and cream shake. It was really delicious!

The first time I'm here today and now I can't wait to come back. I stopped around 5:50 on Monday night and the 3 girls working were super friendly, I said that was my first time here, and they did not rush me at all and explained to me the menu and told me about the rewards program. I have a banana column that was quite customizable, the chocolate ice cream was really creamy, rich and tasty.

I appreciated the friendliness of the employees, they were actually glad to see us, unlike so many places these days where the incoming customer is an interruption to their screen time. GOOD JOBOh Yeah ice cream was very good too
