Heine Brothers Coffee Gardiner Lane Shopping Center

The workers at this place were absolutely amazing! I appreciated her friendliness very much. what I appreciated DIDN’T was the fact that they did not have mud cans in both baths for menstruation products. the müll can have it in a bathroom was broken and in the round an open container for all used products to see. not to mention that they are clearly in the capacity, but not a masquerade. frankly, these do not seem to be brains for heine bros to show their customers and employees who care about their health and well-being.

I love this place and her baristas! However, at this place I no longer feel safe because of the amount of maskless costumers. with the most recent number of coverage rises, I can't put myself at risk or others. the workers and other costumes deserve better. until the masquerade is restored at this place, I will no longer be here, but will support other companies that make mandatsmas.

(1) The Barista came to the counter to take my order, but turned away because another customer spoke up after I did, asking for more creamer. That took a couple minutes. When she finally came back to take my order, I mentioned to her I was in a big hurry because I had a bus to catch. I ordered a blueberry lemon scone and a medium peppermint mocha latte. (2) When she returned with my order she didn't say anything, even though I said, Thank you (3) It wasn't until I was outside that I discovered that I had been given a blueberry lemon MUFFIN (which is the same price, though smaller than a scone) and a medium mocha (NOT PEPPERMINT MOCHA) latte. Not only is Heine Bros. expensive, but their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I really loved coming here to get my morning coffee before classes, but I feel as though the amount of maskless customers allowed in the store is not safe. Loyal costumers and the employees deserve to feel safe in the store, idk if I will return until there is a mask mandate in place…

The staff at the bardstown heine are so kind!! i went through the drive thru and the baristas made my day! Zoe Kaitlyn did a great job and helped me find my new favorite drink! love this place!!
