Good luck trying to call the restaurant. Accidentally placed an online order with them, but when I tried to call to cancel the order the phone rings to voicemail, which says the mailbox is full and hangs up. Terrible service

This restaurant used to be nice and clean, but I just walked out and was quite disappointed. The moment you walk in, the smell is off-putting. The kiosk was manned by someone who didn't seem to understand basic customer options. I wouldn't expect someone who can't speak English to be working at the front, and the so-called manager was too preoccupied with his phone to pay attention. When called from just 15 feet away, he looked up confused and said, "Huh?" It's hard to believe how much we used to enjoy this place, but it has really gone downhill. The tip jar was so dirty that you couldn't even see through it. We had heard warnings from others about stomach issues the day after eating here, but we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, that was our last visit.

The restaurant has a health rating of 96%, but I noticed employees lounging in booths and distracted by their phones. Paying $15 for fast-food quality is not worth it. I should have just gone to Five Guys in the first place.

This place used to be very good to eat at. I visit just about every friday and you have a 50/50 shot of them even being open for lunch. I went in today cause they were closed last friday and asked for usual double cheese combo and did not recieve any cheese. No body spoke english and was hard to communicate with them. Always seems to have different people working every week and never see the same person twice. Sad it has went down hill so fast in a short amount of time!
