Kfc - Louisville

I had an extremely long wait of 23 minutes during my visit to the downtown location, so I wouldn't recommend going here if you're on your break from work. I ordered the 2-piece chicken meal, but they were out of chicken pieces. The famous bowls were cold and barely had any chicken in them, and they were missing cheese as well.

The chicken was great, as usual. However, this time the mac and cheese seemed overcooked. The fries I ordered were overly salty, but when I requested a replacement, they kindly provided me with a fresh batch. I also found the dining room to be a bit dirty, with several tables needing attention.

I'm really frustrated with businesses in the West End. The reputation that they don’t care appears to be true, and they seem unwilling to go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. I've tried other KFC locations, and the service is much better; the managers and employees actually do their jobs. This will be my last visit to this particular KFC. I want to support local Black businesses, but it feels like they don’t care about their customers. I'm honestly surprised this KFC has been able to stay in business for as long as it has.

KFC near 18th Broadway has really disappointed me others. Customer service is poor along with listening to what the customer is requesting. KFC's chicken is no longer as good as it was years ago. The size of chicken parts are extremely small.

No line, ladies and gentlemen behind the counter where super nice. There was a small problem with one of the customers but they all handled it with professionalism. They where very apologetic about the situation that played out and even offered free sidesfor our trouble. The work they do and stress they go through should be rewarded! They should receive medals of honor for theirbravery, strength and perseverance.
