The last time I was there, I waited for an hour just to let her come out and tell me they didn't know when they would have my order ready. So last night I thought why don't you give them a shot, they can get their act together until now. I was wrong. Same ****. I can only say that this is a great location for a grocery store. Loser!
This place is terrible! Stand in line for more than 15 minutes each time for a recipe and they have closed the drive through below. Wait longer to buy food. No excavators ever. I have this question to the branch manager and everything he has to say is “short employee” but during the attempt to buy and get food there are several employees doing that Instacart shopping for people who only want to drive and drive away, not with the headaches of long lines. If they are so “short staff”, the Instacart garbage has to be done, and these employees could cash out in the pharmacy and at check-out roads. They could also have excavators for their paying customers who are not lazy and go to do their own shopping.
Unfortunately right now… What you need no one has. Build back better is killing us all. Good luck and God bless to the Americans.

You know everywhere you go today there's staffing issues and empty shelves and I get it but for them to let spectrum people harass customers in the store not leave them alone I told the guy three times I was not interested and he still followed me for a 15 to 20 feet talking about what grade a deal it was and I could not get him to leave me alone if it's going to be like that I will never go into the Kroger again or any other Kroger for that matter
