Contribuisci feedbackFor my children a medium pizza, half cheese and half perfume. Unfortunately, I trusted them and did not check the box when they handed it to me. When I came home, my kids told Mom, it looks like someone ate this pizza. I looked at it and it seemed like that. The pizza slices seemed to come from several different pizzas, as they had different shapes and sizes. My kids couldn't even eat the pizza and I couldn't let her eat. It was too cold to go back to the store, but I told my kids we won't buy from this place again. So disappointed.
We ordered the pizza online. An e-mail confirmation was sent on request to pick up. We received an email when the pizza was ready. When we were there, the store was really clean and the staff was pleasant. The food was hot and fresh. My only thing was that they were really hard on the sauce. It was still delicious.
I am usually quite generous with my reviews, but if I could give this place zero stars; I would!!!! I went there last night after placing an order online. Waiting for about an hour after several people get their food before me. I asked twice about my order and was completely released from the reception lady; although I told her I received an email that my food was ready. She always said it was in the online ordering station, but it wasn't and I always told her that. I could finally talk to another worker who was able to find my order on the back....where it was sitting there. At this point I'm angry, but I have kids at home who have to eat and it's almost 8:00. On my way home the wing container opens (for the lid is not placed right) and spills over my car!!! I'll call the facility and tell them about the situation and ask for a refund. I was told that I can't get a refund when I bring the food back. I'll explain to the man that I've already thrown the wings away and how my passenger seat has now been crushed in garlic and parmesan. Your customer service is at the bottom right HORRIBLE!! They weren't even busy when I was there and my kids had to eat cold pizzas. I don't expect perfection and I'm a pretty patient and easy-going person.... but that was enough to get me NIE back into another Ceaser. I'd rather pay more and get Papa John's or Pizza Hut. At least I don't have to worry about parmesan and garlic. Editing to add that this was not even a custom order. So it's not like there's a complicated order. There were 2 pizzas, crazy bread, wings 2 liters.
Wasn't efficient the first time. Some people waited for pizza over an hour. It even took a while to cancel orders. You have the right to order anyway. The second time I went, it was an efficient and fast and good communication with the workers
I think I may be changing the store I go to I went to order and a lady came in behind me as she already previously ordered and she showed the lady handing out pizzas that there was mold in her premade cheese cup that's freaking gross then the lady said that their cheese cups sit out and not refrigerated and that they sit out for two days that's plenty of time for mold to concur especially on cheese mold can start to develop in 2-4hrs like that's nasty!!! Going to be extremely careful with this place most likely my last time coming to this store absolutely discussing will be talking to a manager about this ! Only reason for a 2 star is cause my pizza was hot and fresh out of oven but not again from this location.
