Lobby Grill At The Brown - Louisville

The Lobby Bar offers an exceptional experience. James, the bartender, is not only highly skilled but also a fantastic conversationalist. The impressive variety of Bourbons, Ryes, and other spirits can be quite overwhelming, but James’s expertise is incredibly helpful. This allowed me to sample some rare selections. Guests can enjoy well-prepared and delicious dishes, a vast array of spirits, and delightful service. A visit to the Lobby Bar at the historic Brown Hotel is a must.

That was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The hotel and lobby bar are quite old, yet they exude elegance and charm. Before I left, I tried a unique and flavorful Bourbon beer. I also ordered chicken wings, which were exceptional—small but absolutely fantastic. For the main course, I had the iconic hot brown, topped with cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and turkey. It was simply amazing. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit. Between the iconic hot brown and the sophisticated dining atmosphere, it guarantees an unforgettable experience in Louisville.

Of course, we indulged in the famous Hot Brown, but the menu also offers a delightful selection of pasta, burgers, wings, creamy desserts, and the classic Derby Pie! The service was impeccable, with several staff members checking in to ensure we were enjoying our meal. We also tried an Old Fashioned and a Lily cocktail, both of which I would highly recommend!

Excellent food, excellent service, beautiful place. Every court was there. Every person working there was very nice to us and we had a great time. Absolutely come back.

Absolutely amazing experience. The food was all perfectly presented and at the right temperature. The waitstaff were all incredible. Everything about it was perfect, and we highly recommend it! Also, there was a live pianist and she was awesome!
