Mcalister's Deli - Louisville

I had a wonderful experience at McAlister's! The service provided by the young blonde lady was exceptional—though I didn't catch her name. She was incredibly polite and appreciative of my business, even though it was just 10 minutes before closing. The food was excellent for a deli chain, and it’s clear they have everything running smoothly. I will definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back! Thank you, McAlister's!

My husband and I often visit this place. I truly appreciate the staff; even when they are a bit busy or overwhelmed, they maintain a positive attitude. They are always kind and friendly. The only downside I can mention is that occasionally their cookies can be hard. Other than that, the food is absolutely fantastic!

We've eaten several times at Mcalister. The food is usually consistently good and tasteful. The service is always good. But today the food was a little less quality than usual and you could hardly find any bacon on the bacon and tomato sandwich or on my club sandwich. I don't know if they were short on bacon or if they're pigs off LOL

The Sandwiches are always good it just depends on your preferences as soon as you figure that out you'll love this place. The spuds are phenomenal. Signature chips from there are so much better than any other lays chip. Fruit cups are fresh. Pickles that come with your meals is something I always'steal' from my sister's plate. I can't recall a time I had a bad customer service experience. I have going to this place for around a decade.
