Mcdonald's - Louisville

This experience was completely disappointing. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, but they literally forgot the sausage patty! On top of that, it took forever to get through the drive-thru, especially in a busy area where many people stop for breakfast. The service here is generally poor, but I was hoping for a better experience this morning. I won’t be returning. I’ll make an effort to avoid this place in the future. The person at the window didn’t even communicate with me. It’s frustrating when your time and money are wasted!

I waited at the front for 20 minutes without being served, but when someone else arrived, the staff quickly attended to them. We hadn't even spoken to anyone or done anything besides waiting to place our order. I always try to be optimistic, but it feels like we were unfairly treated at this restaurant.

I ordered two doubles, a six-piece, and a medium fries. What I received instead were two singles, a small fry, and no nuggets at all.

Dining room is closed and they don’t have any signs posted, so definitely don’t waste your time walking from any downtown hotels for this. Just order delivery.
