Mcdonald's - Louisville

I found the staff member with the small ponytail quite worrisome. I wouldn't trust him to prepare food. The service was lacking; when I asked for ketchup, I received only two packets. It seems they are hiring anyone they can find, and some individuals are not fit to handle food safely. I plan to report this to health and safety, as well as the general manager and corporate. The person at the window gave off a shady vibe and should be let go immediately. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place in the evening.

I often choose to visit this location because the service is excellent and my food is always fresh. I also appreciate the safe atmosphere.

The food met my expectations—fresh and served hot. I would give the atmosphere only 3 stars, primarily due to the presence of unnecessary wet floor signs. Additionally, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired, as the stalls were not well maintained. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and courteous.

Food always cold and over cooked, inside behind the counter is super dirty and employees rarely wear gloves.

There are a lot of McDonald's in this area, but THIS McDonald's has the best customer service HANDS DOWN. Food is served hot, and the crew seems to work very well together. I'M LOVING IT!!
