Contribuisci feedbackWe usually use the drive-thru at this location, but on this particular Saturday afternoon, I decided to go inside because there was a long line of cars. Wow! The employees were shouting at one another, fries were scattered all over the floor, and there seemed to be a lot of confusion about who was responsible for what tasks. I understand that this might not be their ideal job, but they should at least be mindful of the customers and their experience. I ordered something simple that they shouldn't mess up (drinks) and left as quickly as I could. Their B rating from the Health Department must have been on a good day. Now, I prefer to go to the Dutchman’s location, which is usually much cleaner and where the staff is friendly.
Literally took 7 minutes to receive my drink. No other food was ordered. Crazy!
I called and they said closed but google said 24h open
They don’t start making order until I reached there, order was placed 15 minutes ago, what’s the point of placing order online, if I have to wait for them to make it when I arrived and it was paid order
Thank you, Christopher, for a really nice welcome and attentive service. It had been a really long drive into Louisville and you were just what the doctor ordered.
