Mcdonald's - Louisville

This is my second time ordering online from this restaurant, only to arrive and find out they are closed according to an automated system. Despite seeing cars in the parking lot and lights on, they didn't even answer the phone to cancel my order and provide a refund. I ended up paying for food that I never received.

Rude and poor customer service. I ordered for ice cream and said I want it in a cup not on a cone from drive through, server had it on a cone, told her I didn’t want the cone. She got a cup and shoved the whole thing together with the cone in there, and was like, WELL PUT IN THERE LIKE THIS “ said and did that right in my face. I went inside, gave it to them and walked out. I’m never going back even though is closer to me. Today will be my first and last day.

Made a mobile order, they acted confused when my husband got there to pick it up. All I got was a large fry and a large tea. Fry was literally half empty! For almost 4.00, HALF empty!!!

Excellent food but a hefty price. I can spend $25 on 2 people at Texas Roadhouse or Applebee's or....? I expected a LOTTT! cheaper at McDonald's...... how
