Mikato Steak And Sushi - Louisville

Our group of five sampled several sushi rolls, including yum yum, crunch munch, and Sunday morning, and we found them all satisfying and quite filling. The deluxe rolls were particularly impressive in size, especially considering they were priced around $15 each. The edamame was average, but I found the clear soup (as they refer to their broth) quite pleasant. Overall, I wouldn't say the sushi at Mikato is the best I've ever had, but it's certainly good. The comfortable service and atmosphere make it likely that we will return. It’s an excellent spot for groups, but thanks to the restaurant's layout, it would also be a nice option for more intimate dates.
