Momma's Mustard, Pickles, Bbq

Okay. Our brisket sandwich was a little dry. Edible if we added BBQ sauce but I shouldn’t have to. A good brisket should be good on its own. The potato salad had too much mustard in it. My husband loves mustard and even he said that it was too mustardy. The fries were extremely oily. Limp and soggy from so much oil. Baked beans, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and the coleslaw were all yummy. The pulled pork was the best one. Very tender. All in all just okay. Wasn’t horrible or anything just nothing to brag about IMO.

The wings were phenomenal. So good that I came back!

Best Wings in town. The only way to describe the menu is meat candy. Great and speedy service. Somewhere in my top 3 restaurants in Louisville.

Much better BBQ establishments in Louisville. The sides here are plabeian and taste like they came out of a can. The baked beans, and slaw were terribly underwhelming. The mac and cheese can be upended with a box of Kraft Mac and Cheese. Burnt ends were not crispy and had undercooked fat. They were just gross. The brisket sandwich was sub-par, featuring over-cooked, dry meat. Bar selections are poor at best. This place is just a no. Cannot understand the rave reviews. Louisville has so many better, delicious BBQ offerings!

Had smoked wings and one pound of meatloaf. Was delicious!
