Old Chicago Pizza Taproom Jeffersontown

The thick crust pizza was excellent. However, the service left much to be desired. Our server mentioned that several staff members were sick, and the manager could have been more involved in providing support. I would definitely order the pizza again, but I hope the service improves next time.

No one at the door for five minutes to put us. server has dragged us many times and ignored our table. came and told me my pizza was dropped so my order would be longer. pizza finally came. was not hot in the center. used cheese. very loud. a desert ordered and ten minutes later not on the table. I had to stop my poor man to block the waitress to get her to get me one. register was next to our table. she took my card and went to four tables and checked them before they took my card. badly managed and personal needs training in kitchen, door and server. a lot of luck when you go there.

Hostess was incredibly rude and informed us that they did not take any reservations. when I showed her the reservation on my phone, she tried to grab my phone and said, "You can also delete it from her phone, we don't take any reservations." she was incredibly rude for several members of our party. the waitress was very nice, but seemed to be the only person who actually works. the food took forever. from several articles.

Made an Open Table reservation for a party of 5 for 7:30. Arrived at 7:22 and was told they didn’t know how to use that on their end. So we would have to wait 10 15 minutes even though there was a six person booth empty just to the right of the hostess station. They proceeded to seat a couple at that table even though there were two four tops in the same area. 20 25 minutes later we were seated at a table that was soaking wet and had a fork and a bunch of mac&cheese on the floor near the chairs. The food was fantastic!

The issue was when we arrived they explained to us that they did not accept reservations thru OpenTable and we had to wait. They also told us they had requested several times they been removed from this site and still have not been. They DO NOT HONOR reservations from your site!!!!
