Panchitos Ice Cream - Louisville

The selection of ice cream here is excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable. This has quickly become one of my family's favorite spots. I highly recommend giving it a try!

The food here is great, but I had a less than pleasant experience with the staff. Most of them hardly spoke English, and the menu was only available in Spanish. It felt like they didn't really want to serve Americans, which was disappointing. I ordered food and dessert, but it seemed like there was a language barrier that made things difficult. I would recommend going to Bardstown instead, as I had a better experience there. It’s frustrating for non-Spanish speakers trying to enjoy a meal in an English-speaking country.

My friends and I visited Jefferson Mall today, and we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the facility was. The staff was also very friendly. If you don't speak Spanish, don't worry—just pull out Google Translate and remember to say "gracias," and you'll be just fine! We tried a fresh strawberry paleta and a scoop of strawberry ice cream, and they were absolutely phenomenal. It took me right back to my childhood. We will definitely return!

Absolutely love the Bionico (make it difficult to try other things). The ice creams just met differently, so good. I tell everyone I know how to stop and try something.

Just went there and was so excited to get me a milkshake along with my kids and mom. When I got there I realize that they do not except cards only cash. Luckily I had $20 and was able to get my kids a milkshake and my mom a glacier thing. All three of those was very good. I didn't have much money so I bought a red cream soda. Of course it needed to be changed and it taste like flat water. ? usually I never have a problem with this place and they do an amazing job. Just sucks that I got a nasty drink.
