Panda Express - Louisville

Very clean! Ordered online, but when I got there 15 minutes later, they hadn't received it yet. Had to wait 10 minutes for the order to reach them. Egg rolls are larger than average and good; had orange chicken which was okay. Good place to go for quick Chinese food, but won't replace my favorite sit-down restaurant.

My food was served up fast, fresh and hot. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Of course the food was quite tasty too. Having visited locations from coast to coast, the Panda Express experience is consistently top notch. This location was no exception.

Food is good. When they say spicy the mean it. Kung Pao chicken is legit spicy. Lady working was very nice.

It's hit or miss here, they have a drive thru but I would recommend going inside to see the food. If it's been sitting a while it's terrible but when it's hot and fresh it's pretty good. I wish they cut more of the tail off of the shrimp, especially the breaded pieces in the walnut shrimp entree. Another wish would be for them to use thicker lo mein noodles so they don't dry out as quickly and get hard.

I'm never afraid to say I'll wait on fresh food. They seem to be ok serving old, hard, cold food unless you specify otherwise.
