Papa Johns Pizza - Louisville

Everything about eating is great. we do this, and I am the one who makes the pick-up; parking place here is so hard.

Have had nothing but cancelling orders after it showed preparing for hours over the last year. Called the local store to only speak with a rude and unprofessional kid to cancel today. Called corporate and they don't care. Word travels fast in the business area here so maybe someone will care at some point. Also was surprised or not surprised that this is a corporate store and not a franchise.

Dialed in at 7:10PM on a Friday evening and they quit taking orders for the night. Called Domino's instead, there was a HOT pizza at my door in 25 mintutes. Take notes.

I live 7 minutes away. Delivery estimate said 40-50 minutes. It’s been 2 hours and still nothing. Online tracker doesn’t work.Edit: when pizza arrived more than 2 hours later it wasn’t cut and wasn’t garlic crust

Don’t order whenever they are busy. You will likely be disappointed. We have had good pizza here and bad pizza here. I ordered delivery 2 days ago and spent almost $40. The pizza was undersized, the toppings all dumped in the middle, look at those bubbles (lol and it was tough as leather (old), and not cut. We had to cut it ourselves. We were quoted 65 minutes for delivery, but that doesn’t mean you should make the pizza immediately and let it sit for an hour. I live 3 minutes away, and I just didn’t want to get off the couch. After over an hour and a half I went to the store (no one answering phones), and they said it just left. I followed the driver back to my apartment. Boo! We threw it out it was so bad, and I ended up cooking after all. Get it together. I’m getting Pizza Hut next time. I don’t even like Pizza Hut but it’s better than this.
