Papa Johns Pizza - Louisville

I should have read some of these reviews before the order of here. I ordered for delivery online on mon 10/8/22. my delivery time was 28-38 minutes. I waited 50 minutes before I got a text from the store and said: "Govern for the delay, we will let them know when it's on the way". Now, the next text I got was not for another 45 minutes! this text is “Your pizza is delivered by doordash.” what! when the young lady arrived, it was waiting a total of 1 hour 50 min. even if it would take that at least they contact their customers via a call, text or email they give them the choice to proceed with their order if they want and not the people together. I have a child waiting with me, starving. that's a bad customer service. I'm sorry, but they lost a customer with me.

We just ordered a pizza and it looks terrible. One piece has no cheese on it and it's dry and cold. Very disappointed. Never will I order from your store again. Your on hold senerio is a joke!!!

Just ordered a medium and large pizza. My large pizza was the same size as the medium, just in a large box. I called the store, I was told that the pizzas shrink' in the oven. No offer of a refund and not willing to transfer me to a manager. This is the worst Papa John's I have ever ordered from.Pizza tasted fine, very disappointed in the customer service and potential scam. $35 of pizza that would have been $23 elsewhere, not worth it.

I ordered food nearly 3 hours in advance and they were still 40 minutes late. They also messed up the order and gave us all cheese pizzas no pepperoni. Don't order from them. They were not helpful or willing to reimburse any of it. I called them after it was late and didn't offer any reimbursement.

I’m very upset, I ordered a pizza that had specific toppings for each side of the pizza and instead I received a pepperoni pizza. The pizza wasn’t warm at all. They sent me someone else’s breadsticks as well. I was going to tip in cash, but I’m glad that I did miss them. I waited nearly an hour for a completely messed up order!
