Qdoba Mexican Grill - Louisville

I ordered a taco salad via GrubHub, but it arrived with no meat and no shell. Although GrubHub refunded the item, I still ended up spending nearly $12 on a queso, which I couldn't even enjoy properly since the tortilla shell was missing. I'm really disappointed that someone at Qdoba allowed that salad to be delivered like that.

The food was excellent, but the service was lacking. I placed a curbside order and waited for nearly 30 minutes in the parking lot. Eventually, I decided to go inside. When I mentioned my curbside order, the staff informed me it was at the pickup area, but they didn't apologize or acknowledge the delay. Meanwhile, several customers who arrived after me were served their food, either to go or to eat inside. While the food was enjoyable, I would recommend avoiding this Qdoba location. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

My husband picked up lunch from your location today, and we usually experience excellent service. However, the burrito he received was filled with hard beans that did not seem safe to eat. Since he was at work, he couldn't address it immediately. Could you please let us know who we should contact for a refund? Thank you.

Quick, easy, light ?Mexican? fair that you?ve come to know and love. Friendly staff. Fairly clean facility we had to brush food off of a table to sit down and eat otherwise clean though.

I go to Qdoba at least once a week when working. This store on Blankenbaker is great. Ordered first time with them, and order was perfect! I usually go to the Middletown location, but they usually mess up my order. Great job Blankenbaker!! I will beback!
