We had an amazing dinner at ROC. The gazpacho was creamy, yet made without any cream. The sautéed spinach, cooked in olive oil and garlic, arrived hot and perfectly seasoned. My salad, which included pear, red butter lettuce, and walnuts, had just the right amount of dressing. The salmon was cooked perfectly rare, and there was an arugula salad served on top of the chicken Milanese. We finished the meal with coffee and affogato.

I started with the watermelon salad, but it arrived with the wrong type of lettuce. When I mentioned this to the server, she had to check the menu to confirm that I was right. I ordered the salad based on its listed ingredients and flavors, only to receive something completely different. Shockingly, no one realized the mistake. I had also requested a substitution for a vegetable on my plate, and initially, I was told it wasn't possible. However, after the salad mishap, they agreed to accommodate my request. For my main course, I ordered the veal scallopini, which looked quite different in the picture on the website compared to what I received. The dish was unrecognizable and swimming in sauce, and the veal was tough and nearly inedible. When I brought this up with the server, she asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. What do you think? I never saw the manager, and I definitely won't be returning.

We began our meal with two special appetizers: stuffed dates and fried mozzarella. The dates were among the best anyone at the table had ever tasted. While the mozzarella was tasty, the accompanying fried zucchini strips were even better, especially when dipped in a spicy sauce reminiscent of arrabiata. For the main course, I opted for the Tuesday special, Cacio e Pepe, which was prepared tableside. The presentation was impressive, and the dish itself was incredibly creamy and perfectly seasoned. Others at our table ordered the butternut squash and sausage rigatoni and the bolognese pasta. Both dishes were excellent in terms of flavor, portion size, and the balance of pasta with other ingredients. The combination of butternut squash and sausage was perfect, while the bolognese was wonderfully rich and meaty, exactly as it should be. The service throughout the meal was very good, and the desserts and cocktails were also enjoyable. The restaurant offers a wide array of options, including an extensive bourbon menu. I highly recommend ROC for a dinner date or whenever you're craving fantastic Italian cuisine. We will definitely be returning.

I chose this restaurant on a recommendation from someone for my birthday. How disappointing. We only had two people but we were there over two and a half hours, I'm pretty sure our server had no idea what she was doing. This was rather sad because the other person working on the patio seem to have a great conversation with his tables when we hardly even saw ours and then when there was a problem at the table she never even sent the manager. I ordered the veal scallopini that on the picture on the website looked something totally different than what I was given. The plate I had was totally unrecognizable and covered and drowning in sauce, the veal was very chewy, pretty much inedible. When I brought this to the attention of the server she asked did you want to talk to the manager. What do you think? Never saw the manager. Will not be returning.

I'm sorry I forgot her name. The bartender takes care of me and whoever I bring every time. I accidently spilled my whole glass of water at/on her and she was still nice. Not too many FOH employees are as gracious and wonderful. Thank your again friend .Food: 5/5
