Starbucks - Louisville

Steer clear of this Starbucks. There are many better ones like the one at the corner of Hurstbourne and Taylorsville. They are rude and unaccommodating here. The food isn’t prepared properly and the drinks aren’t the right temperature either. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

As of nearly 2024, this Starbucks is a fantastic location. I say that because I have been visiting since 2010 and the staff there now have nearly perfected all aspects of the process. If you mobile order, you can do it with confidence that your order will be ready and well-made, regardless of whether it is a hot drink, cold drink, or food item. The only thing I would recommend is avoiding the drive-through and parking lot in general as it can be a little cramped and difficult to navigate (at least for my tastes); you are much better off parking somewhere else in the area and going inside to place and/or collect your order.
