Subway - Louisville

I ordered 20 egg sandwiches to give to the police officers working on the Boulder district fire. The owner was very generous and wrapped all 20 sandwiches for us, but ended up giving us 40 sandwiches instead, along with an extra 3 sandwiches. They really went above and beyond to help us out.

The customer service on Super Bowl Sunday was exceptional. I expected to be overwhelmed and stuck in a long line, but we were promptly attended to by a friendly young man. The area was surprisingly clean for such a busy day as well.

Griffin has outstanding customer service skills! He was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I really appreciate his assistance today! It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely cares about creating a pleasant experience for the customer. Thank you!

My son loves subway. there was a time when the quality of their product was worse. I feel like the quality of her product is better now. However, today I had a bad customer service experience with a lady with long brown hair working there. the door says 9:00 clock opening, but there is another sign on the upper left side of the glass window that has different hours. I just suggested to her that they might put the new hours over the old hours because it was confusing. another customer came after me and actually said the same. When I left the long haired dame, I followed myself and said: and pointed to the sign so that I showed her the sign I spoke about. she turned around and went in and how the door was locked in, said that we had updated hours. I just felt like it was a bad experience, just for customer service. she was also a very rude man who worked there and before the conversation with her I almost told her about the way she treated him. Maybe it was a busy morning or she felt overwhelmed, but if I testify again, I'll say something.

The man who helped us was very attentive. the restaurant itself seemed quite boring. it was pretty and cool, though very entertaining.
