The Comfy Cow - Louisville

Ice cream may give me a tummy ache, but I don't care—I'm still going to indulge! This place offers a wide variety of choices, and the flavor selection is quite good. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is very friendly. I've only sampled a few flavors so far, but they also have some enticing ice cream pies. Interestingly, the cows on the outside of the building have a slightly charred look as if they were roasted over a campfire, but that adds a unique charm to the place.

The customer service was outstanding. I tried a few different flavors and settled on the spot of tea. 10/10 recommend!

I really enjoy Comfy Cow, but I found the tables and floors to be quite messy. The men's restroom was in poor condition, so I ended up using the ladies' room instead. The ice cream was delicious, so I'll give it 3 stars.

I had a fantastic experience! The salted caramel ice cream was outstanding, and the scoops were generous—I probably should have ordered a kiddie size, haha. The waffle cone was decent, though not the best I've had. However, it was great to see them making fresh cones while we were there! I definitely plan to return!

We visited around noon and were the only customers in the restaurant. The tables were dirty and there were no napkins in the holders. The front door was covered in sticky fingerprints from kids. These areas should definitely be cleaned at closing time. The place isn't very old, but it could really use a refresh. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and the staff was not very friendly either.
