And I love that there isn’t too much or too little of anything — you don’t have a heaping load of stringy cheese to deal with, and the crust is thick enough without serving as a heaping lump of dough with some toppings on it. Everything about this pizza was fantastic, from the perfectly cooked buttered crust, to the brown and yellow cheese and hot tomato sauce.
Really tasty pizza and great service. We got the supreme and was very good. My son got the kid's spaghetti and was pretty tasty in itself and a large portion. Would be glad to come back.
This place has great pizza. I really like their Stromboli sandwich. Staff is always very friendly. If I am eating pizza in Hikes Point this is where I always go. Great for carry out as well. Try the seasoned fries. That are the bomb!
We've been going here for years. Great little neighborhood pizza place in Hikes point. Service is fair but food is excellent. Pizza(especially ultimate pizza) is unbelievable! If crust underneath toppings were just a hair crisper(you can ask for it to be but I always forget) I would say it were the best in Louisville. Seriously! I certainly rank it along with Bearnis and Wicks. Breadsticks are better than most(think thinner, slightly more bite than papa johns sticks). Other notables are the chicken quesadilla and the calzones.
Great little pizza place and sports bar in Hikes Point. I went there on a weekday this week for their lunchtime buffet. When I came in some tables were sectioned off for cleaning but I quickly found a good and comfortable spot. The immediately asked me what kind of pizza I wanted on the buffet and I started on the salad bar. <br/ <br/ The salad bar was nice for a pizza buffet and they also had chili, which was good. Soon after I sat down they brought out fresh garlic bread and ham/cheese garlic mini sandwiches. They were both really good. Within a few minutes, my sausage and pepperoni was up along with a supreme. The crust was of medium to thin thickness. The sauce was good and the toppings plentiful. I really liked the pizza. I was full after 2 pieces because I had a little salad and chili and breadsticks. One lady next to me requested a buffalo chicken ranch pizza and it looked very good but I was just too full. <br/ <br/ I paid $10 for a buffet and drink. That was a really good price for all that was offered. The pizza and service were really good. It's a simple place with no pretentiousness but that's what I like. I don't like the foodie/hipster trend of restaurants trying to impress anyway.
