When I came home, the sandwiches were still cold, I think they give me the same sandwiches back. that's shameful. I paid $12.27 cent for cold eating that I had with microwave. I called the complaining line, was one in the position before I decided to hang up. that is also shameful.
Good customer service. the food was quickly prepared and all items included. everything tasted great, but they only had chocolate and strawberry friosties?.
This load, here in the last time, can not get order right. she always messes up. it's in the simple way that it's messed up. when they go to the place, they are hardly extremely busy, so it makes me wonder what is going on in the world, that they cannot get proper order. I gave them only 3 stars because when they get it right, eating is good. they only need to learn to give people they pay, and pay attention to the ordering data of the customer.
Literally never open when they're supposed to be. Don't put mobile orders though or you'll never get it in the morning. They don't answer the phones and if they are there in the morning they hide to not take customers. 0/5 don't recommend.
Worst Wendy's in Louisville. Open but not taking orders due to short staff. So three employees are sitting inside being paid by the hour just to tell everyone that comes through the drive thru that they are not serving anyone. This location is on its way out. Don't bother even trying it!
