Wendy's - Louisville

The restaurant closed at 9, even though the sign on the door said they were open until 10. It's unclear why they closed early, but there were still people lingering in the lobby and the lobby doors were open. It was a disappointing experience.

On October 13, 2022 from 12pm to 2pm, the manager on duty must be dismissed. The older woman in charge lacked proper customer service skills and rushed us at the counter. Despite the long line, we patiently waited but ended up paying $26 for an incorrect order. We had ordered a double-sized chicken bacon sandwich but received two poorly made burgers instead. When we tried to address the issue with the manager, she dismissed us and refused to rectify the mistake. The lack of organization and poor attitude from the management team was evident, and we will be escalating this issue further. The burger itself was satisfactory, but the unpleasant experience with the manager has left us disappointed.

The restaurant closed early, but still accepted online orders. They mistakenly sent at least 10 customers to the location because Wendy's kept giving the delivery order even after the driver canceled it. My diabetic companion experienced low blood sugar while waiting for dinner that never arrived without any notification. There was a lack of customer service from Wendy's during their operating hours.

Closed when I left because you manager stopped. you can still turn a burger without manager. give me a break. update: closed at 9:30 a.m. on Monday. I don't think they are willing to pay people enough to actually work in this facility. this was once one of the better wendys to go, always too late, reliably opened. now they're just completely sunk. useful.

Burgers and food are great. Slow because they need to hire. Often only accepting cash due to computer issues.
