Wing Station - Louisville

Please bring back the veggie sticks! The food was delicious, and now that I've found a wing spot I love, I don't want to go anywhere else.

Hadn’t eaten here in a while so I decided to do an online order. Their system said my wait would be about 30 minutes for pickup. Once I arrived the staff was behind so I had to wait an additional 20 mins for my Butler Box. Young ladies at the counter were super rude when I asked for my ranch (which I ordered). Food was terrible! Wings weren’t crispy, and fries were soggy! They really need to go back to the old version of garlic parmesan instead of using the cheap grated cheese for spaghetti. And also train their teenage staff to have better mannerism when working with the public.

This was our first visit, and both the food and the service were outstanding. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

They hung up on me when I asked my friends what kind of wings they wanted to order. Also they don 't 'clean ' their chicken properly or they order from a cheap supplier. Their wings still had feathers attached.
