Contribuisci feedbackYo, this is the worse wingstop I've ever been. every time I go, it's always a problem. as I live in new albany, this is the one closest to me. yesterday I ordered $80 worth eating and put my order online at 550 (45 min waiting. it's late at 730 clock and my friend made it! then had to wait while the manager pierced the bags to see what was missing. he waited 30 for everything that was missing, and when I called, they gave me only one $5 discount. don't even waste your money. between the stuffed service and eating in the bottom I go from now on to the wingstop from westport or preston.
Horrible customer service! Rude and nasty employees! The employees would rather lean around, look around, lolly gag, and not accually do there job. The service is absolutely embarrassing. Lobby and store constantly looks nasty and filthy. Who ever cooked and sauces the chicken doesn't know how to do there job right. There store smells bad and stink. It doesn't look like they clean. The GENERAL MANAGER has negative energy, no respect, threatens her employees and doesn't look or act like she can handle her job well. Very upset I've never had anything as worse as I've had and witnessed here! I took my kids and my money and left. Never again.
I waited an hour and 45 minutes over my pick-up time. the cashier argued very rudely with me that I have already picked up my order - clearly not when I am in charge to pick up my order. she rolled her eyes and printed a new ticket to remake my eating I paid $50 for. will not come back and a call will be made to get a full refund - the personal is rude and I am extremely irritated they do not even offer everything to make it right. after two hours I got my order, and the wings were so salty that they were edible.
Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. Order thru the app for pick up. Was given a pickup time arrived few minutes early. But took another 30 minutes at least. Finally got food home. Fries were cold(only live 5 minutes from restaurant). Was shorted 10 bone in wings on one order. And 6 bone in wings on other. First time ordering from Wings Stop. Even though the customer service was terrible and order was short and fries were cold. They did make our order right. The wings were real good. Will try Wings Stop again. Maybe the customer service will have approve.
Generally don't leave bad reviews, but this seems important to do for the community.The food is on par with other Wing Stops, which is good! Albeit a relatively simple task to deep fry a wing and coat it in sauce, it was alright. But the service is incredibly embarrassing. I walked in to order and waited a half hour for food, only to see about a dozen other orders made completely wrong, myself included. I ordered 10 wings with 2 flavors, I got 6 with 2 DIFFERENT flavors. Notified them, only for them to give me 4 more wings, but with 2 wrong flavors again. Not sure how you could... mess it up in the span of 2 minutes like that, but here we are.The employees were on another planet, I'm assuming they weren't very sober, and/or incredibly sad. Idk what to say... they need a manager on staff or something, because I would just shut down the location if it was that embarrassing again. Go to the one Hurstbourne.
