Contribuisci feedbackAbigail did a phenomenal job on these cupcakes for my wife 's 35th Birthday. I gave her a vague prompt and her artistic vision and hard work did the rest.I 'm a 38 year old man. I don 't get overly excited about food. I don 't say things like YUMMY! ? But I literally almost wept when I saw these. She put a lot of heart into these. She was either already familiar with D&D terminology or took the time to research ideas and themes.Thank you Abigail.
Amazing people who do a great job taking care of their customers. Griffin and Abigail have cultivated a culture of quality and service that extends to every employee. Between custom cakes and cookie cakes, to to-go slices and their homemade soups and chilis, you cannot go wrong with anything from Baes!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available too which is rare for a mom and pop confectionery bakery.
Love, love this place!! It's a great addition to the Frankfort Ave area, and so glad that the heart of the former bakery can be lived on by such another locally owned business. Griffin and Abigail are both such genuinely nice people, who really care about providing yummy treats and support to their community! My boyfriend and I got the Tomato Basil soup, and it was firee. I consider myself a very strong tomato soup lover, and it did not disappoint at all, tasted so fresh and flavorful, and was perfect for the dreary, cold day we ate it. We also got the Fruity Pebble cookie, which need I say more! The cookies are always a hit, highly recommend popping them in the oven before you eat to get the true experience : Sadly no pictures due to how delicious it was and how quickly we devour it all , but will absolutely be back for more. Check out this awesome business and support some local members of Louisville, help keep locally owned businesses like this around!!Vegetarian options: I believe all the cookies would be considered vegetarian, and they have a pimento cheese and egg biscuit sandwich (so good!! that is also vegetarian!Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't love some fresh baked goodies!
Great Louisville treat. I highly recommend it. No matter what you get, you'll be happy you stopped by.
The cinnamon roll, and oatmeal creme pie were absolutely delicious, but both times ive had their cake, they are very disappointing. It's always dry, not moist, with no flavor except for the icing; which may i add they pile on, which i feel is to compensate for the other lacking departments. Wanted to love them twice but i've honestly had better store cakes :
