The food is very tasty for a good price. Plus, there are so many options to choose from. It's like going to a food court with your friends. If one friend wants pizza, and another one wants burritos, they both can live happily in the same restaurant. Everything I've seen and tasted is great, and the service is very fast and friendly. This is definitely a great stop for lunch or dinner if you're looking for a quick, flexible, easy venue.
I'm super impressed with the Tex Mex salad .Hearty and flavorful. They have a great menu.
Their Italian Pizza (prosciutto, salami, caramelized onions, basil, red bell peppers, roasted garlic) is really good. They have a big problem, though: Their drivers. Apparently, they do not think to either knock on a door or give their customers a call or text to let them know their pizza arrived. Fortunately, my house was really quiet when they dropped the pizza off. I heard my gate close, so I took a look. My pizza was at the top of the door's steps. Imagine if I was listening to something else, became occupied or distracted, etc., and missed that sound. Trifecta's stealth delivery would have left my pizza cold.
Trifecta is a Swiss Army knife eatery located off brownsboro road in Louisville Kentucky. They offer a unique service in being an eatery that has 3 sections that specializes in 3 totally different food groups and types. They have a pizza section, a burrito/Mexican food section and a salad section. Walked in here with the whole family last week and we sampled all 3 sections. Upon walking in they have a semi large spacious seating area along with a pretty nice outdoor patio. You have 3 bar/counter type setups. One labeled pizza, one labeled burrito and one labeled salads. Each section is separated and has there own menu and setups. The first section you hit is the salad section. Then after that is a pizza section and then the burrito section. At the end of the burrito section is a register where you pay. My wife got a Cobb salad from the salad area. She was very happy with it and said it is good. We got a large cheese pizza to split. The pizza is what I 'd say New York style but not New York taste. Very large, floppy and greasy pieces. Good value. I thought the pizza was solid. Had decent tasting crust and solid cheese. Very massive pieces so made it a good value. My daughter got a chicken burrito and the the family split some chips and queso. My daughter liked her burrito a lot. When I ask her to make a comparison she said not quite as good as qdoba but better then moe 's . Which I 'd say is a fair comp as it has ale setup of cafe style where you have them make the burrito in front of you and pick your toppings like those two places. The chips and queso was very good. They were very friendly I. The amount of queso given. It wa very runny and not thick but packed a great flavorful taste. Probably my favorite thing I personally sampled here. All good was cafe style and prepared in front of you so you why your food quick. They did sell pizza by the slice but since we got a large they baked us a fresh one so we had a bit of wait on the pizza. Pricing was average for the Louisville area and based on portion size I 'd say it 's more then fair. Overall very cool and interesting concept. This is a place you could arrive for 3 different meal times (the burrito place actually had a breakfast menu) and get 3 completely different meals. So that 's cool. It 's hard for me to ever pass up on pizza so not sure if I 'll get around to trying the burrito but I 'll absolutely get the chips and queso every time. So you could get aChips and queso app for a pizza with a salad on the side. Lots of options here.
