Contribuisci feedbackI had a pickup order, got there 40 minutes before closing (midnight) and wasted 10 minutes waiting for someone but no one came to the drive through window. Someone could've at least put up a sign saying they closed early, but nope. Someone else was also behind me in the drive through also waiting. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, so considerate.
I ordered a large super supreme pizza and a half cheese and half meat lovers pizza. I got a supreme, which was missing the black olives and the ham. They didn't give me an apology or any kind of solution. So I take the wrong pizza or wait 40 minutes for a new one to be made and then my other pizza would be cold. But truly they didn't offer any solutions, NONE.
So there was a long drive in so I went in to get my food. Stood there for 10 minute while 3 employee saw me acknowledge I was there with a nod or gesture but they did not actually come to help me. The employee that did help me had problem finding my orders and I had to go get both confirmation numbers both meals where right by each. She was kind and the food was good. The operation is rough and the interior was not in great shape.
I usually order from other pizzerias, decided to try a classic that we haven't ordered from in awhile. Pamela took my order was absolutely wonderful!! She was very patient even when I added a dessert to the order (I had no clue exactly what I wanted) so many desert options to choose from. She recommended me her favorite I'm so excited to try it!! I'm writing this review in real time because I was so amazed at her professionalism during a time in this world when you meet someone genuinely kind who made you feel great they deserve to know it so I told her personally before I was finished placing my order. Now I'm telling anyone who reads reviews (like I do) if you want to order some place least complicated has great service order from here.
Always super friendly and kind staff that takes pride in the pizzas the serve!
