A place for the locals. no chic menu just a few dishes and normal prices. the fish was delicious. no menu in English and waiter don't speak English.

Bel endroit et bon prix!

We visited this restaurant on an un seasonally wet Saturday. This a very large establishment, with over 55 cover's inside and a covered outdoor seating area at the rear of the property. This is a traditional family run restaurant, that is not big on imaginative modern decor, but makes up for this by being comfortable. We opted for the dish of the day and my companion had a large salmon steak served with vegatables. I had white fish, which may have been cod. We had a delicious chicken soup to start and ordered 2 mixed salad's with the mains. The food was well cooked and presented, by a charming server, who spoke excellent English. Our check came to 21 euro, including a jug of wine, so really excellent value for money. Overall I recommend this restaurant, which while not fancy was great value.

Your typical Portuguese cantine. Family owned and run, very nicely indeed! Lovely service once more and tasty local food.
