First you arrive in a crafted area with large hangars you wonder where you are, then a small ostreisud panel placed in front of you guide inside the pond on a terrace sheltered by an awning ready to taste the shells just out of the water.

We just have to accept that this is not a restaurant but a producer. The eight fraiches and gratinees (copyy) are excellent! Reasonable rate. Nice view of the pond. Next time we try the mussels on fire!
