Regalty - Lourdes

Het restaurant is aan een smalle drukke straat gelegen.Op het terras kan je dan ook niet echt rustig zitten.De ober die ons bediende was vreselijk onbeleefd en humeurig. Er kon geen lachje of vriendelijk woord vanaf. Alles leek hem teveel. Slecht weekend gehad?Nadat we een keuze uit de redelijke menukaart hadden gemaakt, kregen we zonder verdere verklaring te horen dat we slechts uit twee gerechten konden kiezen; spaghetti bolognaise of een halve haan met frites. En dat 's middags om 15.30 uur. We hebben vervolgens alleen iets gedronken.Hierna kwam een groter gezelschap binnen. Zij konden wel uit de kaart kiezen. Toen de ober onze verbaasde blik zag, vroeg hij of wij alsnog wensten te eten en verontschuldigde hij zich.Voor ons was de zin echter over.Ons advies: zoek een ander restaurant in Lourdes waar je wel welkom bent.

Très déçu du comportement du serveur qui ce prend pas pour n'importe qui. Ni bonjour, ni au revoir. Paiement par carte impossible pour 6.40euros minimum 15 euros

In general the cafes in Lourdes serve similar food so the service and ambiance is important. I had breakfast croissants there and it was fine but nothing special. Service was not particularly friendly and the only view is of the busy narrow street - particularly if you are sitting outside. I would not rush to go back.

This was our 'go to' place whilst visiting Lourdes in May 2017. We were part of a school group and we're happy to take our students here for an evening hot chocolate and ice cream. The staff at Le Regalty were great and patient with our students. Equally, the students loved the drinks and food served there, as well as the staff and atmosphere. Filip was a top waiter and really glad we visited! We'll be sure to visit again. Thank you!

Great staff, great food. Love Uncle Phil. The staff are very friendly and it is always a pleasure going there. Would reccomend.
