Burger King - Loveland

The fries were old and cold, the burger was overcooked and absolutely disgusting. I felt like I wasted my money. The cook, a girl, ruined my meal. Burger King has gone downhill here.

We enjoyed our visit to Burger King, however, it was disappointing that we arrived late. About a month ago, we placed a decent sized order and when we got home to enjoy our meal with the family, we realized that 2 items were missing. We tried calling the restaurant but no one answered. I also reached out to them through social media but received no response. Although it may seem like a small issue, the fact that we were missing items we paid for left a bad impression. Until this issue is addressed, I will not be returning to Burger King or any other location. It's unfortunate because I enjoy their flame-grilled burgers. I plan to also write a letter to the company, but I wonder if anyone will actually take action against these kinds of incidents.

My boyfriend and I both ordered the speck cheeseburger. Wow! The burgers looked exactly like the picture and tasted amazing! The manager took pride in preparing our food and was kind and attentive. I appreciate her skill and dedication. It's rare to find people who are passionate about their job in fast food, but this lady really impressed us!

The old mid-age weeping with her hair and glasses was extremely rude last night. I literally ask and help, and she says with a bad job that I have heard her, stop her, this other person already first (if they were standing on the side) there was no line. there were people on the side. How should I know? another male hired with long hair, was nicer and more helpful, but when he had forgotten to give me a drink carrier and waited a few minutes, I asked the cranky wee for one and she said to wait with a posture. She looked at me badly. when I got my drink carrier and was ready to go, I noticed how she was very nice to the other employees who worked in this walmart. terrible treatment! She was very rude and unprofessional. I'll report it to her manager if I won't hear anything about it.

Food was fresh hot and fast customer service was excellent.
