Kfc - Loveland

My wife drove over to place a food order at 9:00 PM after a long day at work, only to find that the drive-thru employee informed her they were closed due to staffing issues, even though they still had an hour until their scheduled closing time. It makes me wonder what they had been doing all day. Did they simply not want to do their jobs and prepare some chicken? At this point, they might as well consider closing their doors for good. I have to question the management here; they need to be the first to go.

When you go to a place like KFC, you expect to get your chicken quickly, not to wait 30 to 45 minutes in the drive-thru. Issues like staffing shortages and insufficient product supply indicate poor management and training. Having to ask for items that should be included in your order is unacceptable. I might have understood if it happened only once, but each time I've visited this location, it's the same story: they're out of this or that, or they claim certain items aren't on the menu. If it's not actually available, then it shouldn't be listed on the menu at all! I'm very dissatisfied and won't be returning anytime soon.

My wife after work all day drives to eat at 21:00 clock. this is an hour before its near time. the drive through the hired said due to a personal problem that they are closed sorry. really, what have they done so far. they just didn't want to make their job and cook a bun. at this time they should close the doors only permanently. who the manager is here must be the first to go.

I never ordered to eat, waited for over 30 minutes, then never get my food and just returned my money. totally failing, they could not even make two chicken sandwiches with fries, for the inflatable price of $30. the manager returned my money, but was rude and unapologetic. save her money and go somewhere else!
