I ordered online, they didn't give me all my items. I called to ask about it and the lady on the phone seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on me. I didn't want to go in there and make a scene so i just went and grabbed my remaining food. Then when i looked in the bag half of it was still missing.
We stopped in the restaurant, no one was in the lobby except us and our children. There wasn't a single clean table in the lobby. The owner was standing in the lobby talking to other employees. He walked out and got in his car and left. The other employee sat at a table and ignored the condition of the lobby.
I like Mickey D's, but they must be training new people! I don't know how you can get a cup of coffee wrong. I had to explain it 3 times. Lg coffee, suger free French Vanilla with 3 shots of cream. 3 times mind you, she handed me my sandwich and the coffee. I asked if they put three shots of cream and SF French Vanilla syrup. She said yes. I drove to work. Sat down at work grabbed my lg, SF French Vanilla 3shots of cream coffee, took the lid off and it was a lg BLACK coffee!!! OMG, no! ? No, 3 shots of creamer, no SF French Vanilla syrup. Just plain black coffee?
The young girl at 2nd window, needs to learn proper customer service. Fries were definitely too old to serve envelopes weren't filled all the way. Check your order the temperature of the food before driving away from the window don't let them rush you off. The food should be hot, not warm. If there's luke warm fries in the bag, send it right back make them give you the fresh food that they advertise.
