Rock Bottom Brewery Restaurant - Centerra Promenade

I used to love Rock Bottom, but this last visit wasn't as good. I ordered the firehouse Steak, my wife got a chicken salad, and my daughter got the Mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was excellent, but the salad was disappointing. My father-in-law enjoyed his meal. Unfortunately, both my steak and my father-in-law's steak were cold. The steamed vegetables were also cold, but the black beans were hot. The butter provided with our steaks didn't even melt, it was so cold. The waiter offered to replace our meals, but we were hesitant to send anything back. Despite the issues, the restaurant made it right by giving us a free appetizer and steak dinner. I appreciated the gesture and would still consider returning in the future. I wouldn't boycott the place or discourage others from dining there.

We had the best server who was absolutely delightful and made us feel special and happy to be dining here.

We went early in the afternoon. Ambiente was good, staff was friendly, my date was nice!

The food is always good and prepared the way you ask it to be. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
