Pandemic restrictions mean space is limited, so you might have to wait for a table, but the new drive through is great and you can also order inside. Menus are a QR code on the table and posted on the wall. Prices are still reasonable. I have always loved their guacamole . The fresh flour tortillas are amazing. Be sure to ask for onions on the cheese enchilada. I can recommend the huevos rancheros, with green pork chile. Their classic burrito with three levels of heat is husband's favorite. Ask for your beverage in a to-go cup to save on dishes. We enjoy the cute and personable staff members and the restroom was clean, with the trash can next to the door, so you can toss the paper towels as you exit. I miss the wall decorations but the poinsettias are lovely and the wall of awards is smaller yet still there. Come in to support this family-owned chain and devour a wonderful breakfast burrito or specialty plate meal.
Ordered fajitas with no meat; they were delicious!! Grilled to perfection with a kick of lime. Hearty beans, rice, and guacamole paired well with the crunchy veggies. Yummy crunchy chile rellano! There was a long line at first but the orders were pumping out quickly! Seemed like a well put-together team.
New drive through is a little slow, but still beats standing around inside. Definitely an improvement. Love this place. The breakfast burritos are cheap, delicious and classic. The rest of the food is bomb too.
I got the small combo so I could try multiple items. Their bean burrito was very tasty. The cheese enchilada was pretty good, a little bland but I still ate a lot of it because there's enchilada sauce that makes it flavorful. Their salsa is pretty hot but I absolutely loved it! I wish I could buy a big tub of it. Yum.
In general, I really enjoy Santiago’s and the food is standard across all locations. The Loveland location has just not quite dialed-in customer service. This morning there is a huge chaotic line. Many people with the same order and Santiago’s has no idea which order belongs to which customer causing anger and frustration all around. Your Longmont, Brighton, Commerce City locations all use a numbering system. To avoid rampant chaos maybe, you should too. Maybe working on flow, where people should wait, could be another priority.
