The Works Brick Oven - Loveland

Nice place, good food service...I will return. I even got a carryout after lunch for dinner at home.

I’d give it a 6.7. Pizza was a bit heavy, tangy sauce, ok over all. I’ll round it up to a 4 on google since it wasn’t bad.

Visited yesterday afternoon Oct 28th 4p. We ordered a couple of beers while we perused the menu decided to split a large caesar's salad and pizza. There was a group of about seven 20-somethings who were noticeably loud, then louder as in high-pitched shrieking combined with nails on the chalkboard combined with screeching cat fight. At that point we left our table to see if we could catch our server before our beers were ready. Too late, so we sat at the bar to drink our beers and explained that we had decided to leave b/c of the noise. Our server was very understanding. I told her if their departures coincided with us finishing our beers, we would stay and order. In the meantime we enjoyed checking out the staff's Halloween costumes as they were preparing for a pub-crawl that started at 5p. Lucky for us they left and we enjoyed our food immensely! The salad was fresh not overdressed. Our pizza with pepperoni, onion, and mushrooms was ordered well-done and arrived piping hot. I ordered a side of their delicious pizza sauce to go with it. Wished we lived closer to Loveland!

Service was great. We went for lunch so there wasn’t much of a crowd. Really cool that they have their own beer! We got The Commish, Bianca and Margarita pizza. The crust was overcooked/burnt. Lots of toppings and cheese on the pizza. Ok flavor but nothing stands out.

Very well lit up with high intensity bulbs so be prepared to be in the spotlight. The coke was flat and definitely needed to change the syrup in the bag for the soft drink. The spinach artichoke dip and homemade chips were amazing for our appetizer. We would definitely not recommend the Taco Pizza for dinner. The Taco meat was very bland and the sour cream was not very creamy. Our server was friendly and always made sure we were well taken care of. I'd give it another try just a different pizza this time. Food reasonable priced and service was great.
