Wendy's - Loveland

Waitress could be more upbeat and friendly! New visit 1/17/24 was much better than last and more on par with most visits! Friendly, fast service and fresh hot food! New visit 3/30/24 Great visit! Fast, friendly and fresh food!

Just picked up a salad and the wrap for lunch, got back to work and open the bag and the lettuce in brown and soggy and the lettuce in the wrap was the same way. I am going to throw it away really dont want to get sick from bad lettuce. Great start to the week and the 17+ dollars I spent.

Our Wendy's is one of the friendliest and cleanest .I hope you will come inside and have a sit down lunch with us.

So friendly, fast, food is hot. I asked employees if they would go to Norwood Wendy's, and teach them how to work in restaurant. I will drive from Norwood to Loveland to get Wendy's. Norwood Wendy employees visit and take lots of notes

Went last night and only received half my orders. Its not my job to check my bags, thats your job.
